¡Hola! Me llamo Carolina and I am the owner of Cookies Por Favor. My husband is Rito and he's the owner of Ink the West, a screen printing company. He's the one who prints every garment we sell. We are a home based bakery in Gardena, CA. I am a mom, wife and full time high school teacher with a passion for all things sweet. I’ve been baking for many years now, but recently joined the cookie decorating game. Let me tell you...I am obsessed! I have worked making cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate dipped pretzels in the past and doing cookies now is truly fun and amazing.
 
Being a full time mommy and teacher means I spend long nights creating edible art. I give my cookies the royal treatment from beginning to end. Seeing happy clients is as fulfilling as seeing my students succeed or watching my two kiddos explore and conquer the world at such young ages.

Our bakery operates under the California Cottage Food Law granted by Los Angeles County, which allows me to sell directly from my home.
